What therapy do you offer?

Will I still be in control of myself if I'm hypnotised?
Yes. It's exactly the same as having a conversation with anyone normally, except your eyes are closed and you feel really relaxed.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes. Hypnosis works on everyone. If you think it won't work on you, it can.
What sort of hypnotherapy do you do?
Is there a cost for an initial conversation to see if I would benefit from either counselling or RTT®?
There is no cost for an initial chat about having a session. Please get in touch to see if this is something you're wanting to consider doing to help change your life.

Do I have to listen to the RTT® recording?

Because the mind learns through repetition, a personalised and tailored recording is developed for the client to listen to for 30 consecutive days after the RTT® session. The recording helps new beliefs and affirmations sink into the client's subconscious.

It is the client's responsibility to listen to the recordings which will help with the lasting impact of RTT®.
If I have more than one issue can we tackle all of them in one RTT® session?
For RTT® to be effective I'd recommend targeting one issue at a time. In order to understand what issues you want to focus on please get in touch and I'll happily discuss the process with you.
