What is Rapid Transformational
Therapy® (RTT)?

RTT® is a hybrid therapy, that offers unparalleled results and can help with an array of problems including anxiety, depression, confidence, sleep issues, fears, phobias, weight control, stress, sports performance and many more issues.

RTT® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients, including the use of trance and hypnotic conditioning.

However, RTT® goes beyond hypnosis, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement.

While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs rather than the catalyst. RTT® therapists could reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to access the subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk.

RTT® practitioners are equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blocks may be there. Central to that is the ability to transform many clients in a single session.

The Process

Step 1: Free 15minute discovery chat - to confirm client's issue/s and answer questions they might have. Establish if we are a good fit to work together. Arrange consultation call and RTT® session.

Step 2: 30minute consultation call - to discuss client's issue/s and what they'd like their life to be like without the issue/s.

Step 3: Behind the scenes therapy preparation (by the Certified Hypnotherapist/RTT® Practitioner) to tailor the RTT® session content.

Step 4: RTT® session (approx 2hours) - Hypnosis and discussion to find the root cause of the issue/s, followed by changing the way the client interprets situations.

Step 5: Audio recording sent to client – Because the mind learns through repetition, a personalised and tailored audio recording (recorded during the RTT® session) is provided for the client to listen to for 30 consecutive days after the RTT® session. The audio recording helps new beliefs and affirmations sink into the client's subconscious.

Step 6: Post RTT® session check-in – Regular contact by text or email, followed by a follow-up review after 30 days listening to the audio recording.
